Sense-T is helping to build an economy-wide sensor network and data resource, creating a digital view of Tasmania and giving industry, governments and communities the tools to solve practical problems and make better decisions.
Sense-T is a shared resource to help people improve efficiency and productivity, and to develop new approaches to economic, environmental and social sustainability. These can be tested in Tasmania and applied across Australia and the world.
Based at the University of Tasmania, Sense-T is a partnership between the University, CSIRO and the Tasmanian Government, and is also funded by the Australian Government.
